My journey in tourism began with earning my Information and Responsible Manager Certificate in 1986, followed by my Professional Tourist Guide License in 1991. After years of managing large-scale operations as a tour operator representative, I established Arbek Travel Travel Agency in 1999—an enterprise that continues to set industry standards today.

A strong advocate for regional tourism development, I have actively served on the Marmaris Regional Representative Board of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) since 2001, working to elevate service quality across the sector.

Melike Cevik ; Melike Çevik’s deep roots in hospitality stem from a well-established family legacy that has shaped the tourism industry for over 40 years through expert guiding, smooth transport, and comprehensive online incoming services. Building on this rich heritage, Melike formalized her passion by earning a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Ege University, where she also conducted academic undergraduate research. Beyond her professional career, the sea has been Melike’s second home for over two decades. Having started sailing as a child in Optimist dinghies, she has since advanced to serve as an international sailing race officer. By combining her lifelong love for sailing, academic expertise, and genuine Mediterranean hospitality, Melike plays an integral role in crafting unforgettable, tailored blue cruise journeys for every guest.
